At Prime Meat & More, we are committed to providing the highest quality fresh meats and gourmet products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds or Returns
- Perishable items such as fresh meats and seafood cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- We do not offer refunds for any product once it has been delivered.
Order Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
- Missing Items: Notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the matter promptly.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, cancellations are not permitted as preparation for delivery begins immediately.
